Television Deaths I Will Never Get Over

It might be an understatement to say I watch a lot of TV.  But in reality, certain shows become a part of your routine, and with time, you start to have your favourites and with those favourites, you develop certain attachments. And from those attachments, it’s only natural that the characters involved in these fictional programmes start to become like, friends or family. You want them to be happy, cause hey when you are watching these shows and something happy happens, you’re happy too. But if something unthinkable and tragic happens, well it can really affect you for a while (perhaps, more than it should), and this most definitely happens when certain shows kill off of your favourite characters.

Why? Why do the writers do it (well, we know why they do)? But is it really necessary? Is the show ever the same without that character with the witty repour? How about the character with the understanding and relatable personality? Or worst of all, the character that was finally about to get their break/happy ending and bamn, they’re killed off instead (I am not bitter at all, not at all). So in this blog post I’ve decided to delve into characters that I’ve loved and lost from my favourite television shows. Whether their departure was a necessary one, why I loved them and more importantly, did they have a fitting end? So sit back and relax, while I open up my heart and relive that pain all over again, and yes there will be spoilers (it’s a blog post based on television deaths, what do you expect?)
